Spicy & Sour Minced Pork Noodles
This dish is one of the most famous examples of Xi’an cuisine. The noodle has its unique feature of chewy, smooth, thin, sour, spicy and expanse of soup, also known for a long aftertaste. The dish contains the highly nutritious value of the end of natural plants (root, stem, leaf, flower), cooked together with dozens of valuable spices. The dish has a very important position in Xi’an. The dish is a hallmark for families during important occasions such as weddings, funerals, New Year’s, and birthday celebrations.
